計畫摘要

本計畫透過表演藝術作品,實現未來劇場的想像。藉由AI CRM會員資料系統,與大數據的搜集分析及導入非現金收支付系統,創造表演團隊與觀眾(消費者)新的互動與商業模式。經過互動次數的累積,系統能夠提供更貼近顧客需求的服務,並將這些數據連結至演出中,觸發專屬的演出內容。本計畫規劃「《黃翊與庫卡》新版《機器人咖啡館》(暫名)定目劇」進行長、短期定目劇試營運,邀請觀眾對試演內容、參與流程等進行深度回饋,作為未來正式營運前的參考依據。期望透創造表演團隊與觀眾(消費者)新的互動與商業模式。

The project implements the imagination of the future theater through performing art works. Through the AI CRM membership information system, associating with the analysis of big data and the introduction of non-cash payment system, create a new interactive business model between the performance team and the audience (consumer). After the accumulation of interactions, the system can provide services that are closer to the customers' needs, and link the data to trigger exclusive performances. Testing out the long-term and short-term operation for "The New Edition of 'Huang Wei and KUKA' - 'Robot Cafe' (tentative)", we would invite the audience to give in-depth feedback on the audition contents as well as participation processes as the reference basis prior to the official operation in the future. It is expected to create a new interactive business model between the performance team and the audience (consumers).
